CTI Logistics – a company we’re particularly proud to have as a client

 Among the many companies we’re proud to have as our clients, CTI Logistics is among them.

CTI Logistics Limited (CTI) is an ASX-listed national transport and logistics service provider supplying transport, logistics and business services since 1973.

The company provides services in WA, SA, NSW, VIC and QLD with over 1,000 employees working within its group of companies.

One of the things we’re particularly proud of is that our relationship with CTI extends for over 25 years.

CTI has the full range of Isuzu models ranging from the NPR to FYH series totalling 125 Isuzu rigid trucks in WA.

Across the country it holds about 750 trucks.

Mark Cameron General Manager - Regional Freight & Taxi Trucks told our newsletter that whilst the Isuzu brand is one of Australia’s most reliable manufacturers of medium and heavy-duty trucks, they rely heavily on the service department to ensure their trucks are well maintained and reliable. 

‘Our current rigid fleet is made up of 85% Isuzu trucks which is a direct result of the dealership experience. 

‘We have had many other makes of trucks and our experience in the early days was that that not all dealerships were the same.

‘Major Motors did whatever it took to ensure that our trucks kept their wheels turning. When choosing new trucks after sales service is a key factor in our decision-making process.  Our current fleet composition is reflective of Major Motors commitment to customer service.

Major Motors also services the other makes of trucks that we have on fleet’.

 CTI’s truck stable comprises a large range of models, wheelbase and payload capacities to fulfill its needs. Their replacement program is based on age, kilometres travelled and vehicle application. 

As a rule, their goal is to replace their Isuzu trucks at 8 years or 500,000 kilometres.

The Isuzu fleet is predominantly used for distribution work in the Perth metropolitan area and throughout regional WA.

 CTI has depots in Bunbury, Albany, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Karratha, Port Hedland and Broome all of which have Isuzu trucks in service.  This includes flat tops, curtain siders, tail lifts and crane trucks.
